Isabella Bishop
38 years teaching geography in Nottingham
- 🇬🇧 Nottingham, England, United Kingdom
- Nottingham Boys' School
- 1979 to 2007
- English
I came to teaching late, after working as a shop assistant, and 28 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
I ran the school newspaper after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I make terrible puns.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Isabella
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

you taught me geography in 1983 at Nottingham Boys' School. I still remember that terrible school play Truly.
