Volunteer mentor with Rio de Janeiro Foundation
- 🇧🇷 Rio de Janeiro, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil
- Rio de Janeiro Foundation
- Since 1986

For 40 years I've mentored people in finance and first-generation students. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I keep a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Isabela
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
