Isabela Carolina Xavier

Painter, potter and teacher at Pelotas Gallery

  • 🇧🇷 Pelotas, Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil
  • Pelotas Gallery
  • 1985 to 1997
  • Portuguese
I work mostly in mural painting, sometimes embroidery. My first show was in 1985 at Pelotas Gallery, and nobody came except my family and one confused dog. I try to remember everyone's name. My studio is always a bit of a mess.

More about Isabela

I've had 14 small exhibitions over the years. My favorite was the one with the worst lighting.

What gifts mean to Isabela: A gift would go toward materials for my next series.
