Helping people break into small business
- 🇨🇴 Barranquilla, Atlántico, Colombia
- Barranquilla Youth Network
- Since 1998
- Spanish
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,010 people through Barranquilla Youth Network.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Isabel
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
