Isabel P. Contreras
Painter, potter and teacher at Old Oakland Art Collective
- 🇺🇸 Oakland, California, United States
- Old Oakland Art Collective
- 2005 to 2025
- English, Spanish
I work mostly in textiles, sometimes embroidery. My first show was in 2005 at Old Oakland Art Collective, and nobody came except my family and one confused dog.
Most of my work is inspired by folk tales I grew up with. I watch every football match going.
More about Isabel
I've had 8 small exhibitions over the years. My favorite was the one with the worst lighting.
