Isabel G. Alcantara

Food bank organizer in Manila

  • 🇵🇭 Manila, Metro Manila, Philippines

I've volunteered with Manila Volunteer Corps from 2014 to 2022. I started on a Saturday morning "just to help out" and never left. Our crew is about 40 people now. Everyone brings something. Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.

More about Isabel

We run on goodwill and a very old kettle.

What gifts mean to Isabel: I'd put a gift toward transport for our volunteers.
