Isaac Tayo Musa
Mentor in teaching and entrepreneurship
- 🇳🇬 Ibadan, Oyo, Nigeria
- Ibadan Mentoring Circle
- 1989 to 2020
- English, Yoruba
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 710 people through Ibadan Mentoring Circle.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Isaac
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
