Isaac M. Wagner
Master of baking, now teaching apprentices
- 🇺🇸 Glendale, Arizona, United States
- Since 1994
- English
I've worked in baking since 1994. I learned from my grandfather and passed what I could on to 1,470 apprentices.
The best compliment I ever got was a customer who called me back 25 years later for another job.
Thank you for stopping by.
More about Isaac
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
