Isaac M. Guzman

Cook and owner of Highland Grill

I run Highland Grill in Rochester. We started in 2005 with four tables and one very patient dishwasher. On Sundays I cook for anyone who turns up. I like to keep things simple and honest. It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
