I've coached volleyball at Phoenix Football Club since 1982. Most of my players were between 8 and 14, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I never turn anyone away.
More about Isaac
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
