Isaac Ebuka Ogunleye
Coached rowing for 35 years in Badagry
- 🇳🇬 Badagry, Lagos, Nigeria
- Badagry Sports Club
- 1990 to 2025
- English, Igbo
For 35 years I ran the rowing program at Badagry Sports Club in Badagry. We trained 2 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I kept a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
What gifts mean to Isaac: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
