Helping people break into engineering
- 🇺🇸 Cleveland, Ohio, United States
- Cleveland Learning Hub
- Since 2012
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 760 people through Cleveland Learning Hub.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Isaac
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
