Isaac Akinwale
Master of pottery, now teaching apprentices
- 🇳🇬 Badagry, Lagos, Nigeria
- Our Lady of Peace Workshop
- Since 1994
- English, Hausa
I've worked in pottery since 1994. I learned from my uncle and passed what I could on to 1,600 apprentices.
I can still tell good work from rushed work from across the street. I walk the dog by the river.
What gifts mean to Isaac: A gift would go toward tools for apprentices who can't afford their own.

A small gift is a big thank-you.
