I run The Central Grill in Novosibirsk. We started in 1982 with four tables and one very patient dishwasher.
My recipes mostly come from my older brother. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Iryna
I still cook the same soup every Friday.
