I've volunteered with Zaporizhzhia Mutual Aid from 1980 to 2006. I started on a Saturday morning "just to help out" and never left.
I'm not an expert in anything, I just show up. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Iryna
If you've ever been helped by one of our sessions, you're the reason we keep going.
What gifts mean to Iryna: I'd put a gift toward transport for our volunteers.
