I've volunteered with Novosibirsk Food Bank from 1999 to 2019. I started on a Saturday morning "just to help out" and never left.
I carry a notebook everywhere. Small habits keep a team together.
More about Iryna
We run on goodwill and a very old kettle.
What gifts mean to Iryna: I'd put a gift toward transport for our volunteers.
