For 22 years I've run the softball program at Gaziantep Cedar Grove Athletic Club in Gaziantep. We trained 3 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I write a short note to every student at the end of term.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Irmak
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.

What gifts mean to Irmak: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
