Irma Elsa Wardana
Volunteer mentor with Jakarta Community Trust
- 🇮🇩 Jakarta, DKI Jakarta, Indonesia
- 1985 to 2004
- English, Indonesian
For 19 years I've mentored people in public speaking and recovery. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
If we met, say hello. I'd love to know how life turned out.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Irma: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
