Welding for 38 years in Amsterdam
- 🇳🇱 Amsterdam, North Holland, Netherlands
- Little Amsterdam Trades Guild
- Since 1988
- English, Dutch
I've worked in welding since 1988. I learned from my grandfather and passed what I could on to 2,130 apprentices.
I can still tell good work from rushed work from across the street. I sing in a choir.
If we met, say hello. I'd love to know how life turned out.
More about Iris
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
What gifts mean to Iris: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.
