Irfan Mulyadi Nugroho
Volunteer mentor with Kilimanjaro Association
- 🇮🇩 Bekasi, West Java, Indonesia
- Kilimanjaro Association
- Since 1981
- English, Indonesian
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 2,340 people through Kilimanjaro Association.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Irfan
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
What gifts mean to Irfan: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
