Irfan Ahmed Tarar
Painter, potter and teacher at Old Karachi Studio
- 🇵🇰 Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan
- Old Karachi Studio
- 1988 to 2003
- English, Urdu, Spanish
I work mostly in woodcarving, sometimes sculpture. My first show was in 1988 at Old Karachi Studio, and nobody came except my family and one confused dog.
I never rush a conversation. My studio is always a bit of a mess.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Irfan
If you've bought a piece of mine, thank you. It's on someone's wall and that still amazes me.
What gifts mean to Irfan: A gift would go toward materials for my next series.
