Helping people break into finance
- 🇱🇰 Colombo, Western, Sri Lanka
- Colombo Association

- English, Sinhala
For ten years I've mentored people in finance and public speaking. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
I'm still learning every day.

If I mentored you, I hope you're still pushing yourself.

What gifts mean to Iresha: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
