I run Rosewood Kitchen in Valencia. We started in 1984 with four tables and one very patient dishwasher.
On Sundays I cook for anyone who turns up. I try to remember everyone's name.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
What gifts mean to Irene: I'd put a gift toward a better oven.
