I teach history at Starlight Middle School in Veracruz since 2018. Most days I teach Year 9, and I stay late on Thursdays for anyone who needs it.
Over the years I've had 220 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
More about Irene
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Irene: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.

I was in your Year 9 class in 2024. You believed I could do it before I did Greetings from London.

You taught me history in 2025 at Starlight Middle School. I still remember the cold winter when we all kept our coats on.
