Taught English literature at Mar del Plata Grammar School

- Mar del Plata Grammar School
- 1984 to 2001
- English
I came to teaching late, after working as a farmhand, and 17 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Irene
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

You taught me English literature in 2002 at Mar del Plata Grammar School. I still remember the snow day nobody expected. Thank you again.
