For 29 years I ran the hockey program at Kasarani Kilimanjaro Boxing Gym in Kasarani. We trained 2 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
