Professor of philosophy, Victory University

- Victory University
- 1989 to 2011

I spent 22 years as a lecturer in philosophy at Victory University in Kasarani. I loved the lecture hall and loved office hours even more.
Former students now work as a night-shift cleaner and in a dozen other fields. It's the best part of this job.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Irene
Some of my favorite days were field trips that went spectacularly wrong.
What gifts mean to Irene: I'd put a gift toward a student bursary.
