Irene H. Jiménez
Volunteer mentor with Madrid Association
- 🇪🇸 Madrid, Madrid, Spain
- Madrid Association
- Since 2018
- Spanish
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 290 people through Madrid Association.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.

If I mentored you, I hope you're still pushing yourself.

What gifts mean to Irene: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
