Irena Sikorski
25 years teaching home economics in Warsaw
- 🇵🇱 Warsaw, Masovia, Poland
- Warsaw Grammar School
- 1996 to 2005
- Polish
For nine years I was the home economics teacher at Warsaw Grammar School. I taught Grade 6 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
I coached the school's football team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Irena
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
