İpek Özlem Uçar
Music teacher at Istanbul Girls' School, Since 1991
- 🇹🇷 Istanbul, Istanbul, Türkiye
- Istanbul Girls' School
- Since 1991
- English
Istanbul Girls' School is my second home. I teach music there since 1991, mostly Year 7.
Outside the classroom I'm always reading two books at once. Inside it, I write a short note to every student at the end of term.
I'm still learning every day.
More about İpek
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
What gifts mean to İpek: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.

you taught me music in 1994 at Istanbul Girls' School. I still remember the end-of-term party.
