  • Thessaloniki Ensemble
  • 2001 to 2010
  • English, Greek, French
I play traditional drumming and choir direction. I started in 2001 with a secondhand instrument and a lot of stubbornness. I teach about 18 students a week. Some of them are better than me now, which is the whole point. I make terrible puns. It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.

What gifts mean to Ioanna: A gift would go toward new strings, repairs and music for my students.
