I coached cycling at Central Youth Club from 1982 to 2005. Most of my players were between 12 and 18, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Inna
If you played for me, you probably remember the snow day nobody expected.
What gifts mean to Inna: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
