Baking for 42 years in Moscow

My trade is baking. I opened my own shop in 1984 in Moscow and I'm still there most mornings.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I try to remember everyone's name.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.

What gifts mean to Inna: A gift would go toward tools for apprentices who can't afford their own.
