For 21 years I was the chemistry teacher at Cedar Grove Boys' School. I taught Grade 4 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Outside the classroom I garden badly but happily. Inside it, I kept a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
I'm still learning every day.
