Helping people break into teaching
- 🇧🇷 Olinda, Pernambuco, Brazil
- Olinda Youth Network
- Since 2016
- English
For ten years I've mentored people in teaching and small business. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I sing in a choir.
More about Ingrid
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
