Ingrid Anna Hoogland
Small business mentor, Rotterdam
- 🇳🇱 Rotterdam, South Holland, Netherlands
- Starlight Mentoring Circle
- 2005 to 2025
- Dutch
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 500 people through Starlight Mentoring Circle.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I garden badly but happily.
More about Ingrid
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
