My subject is agriculture, and for 32 years I get to share it with undergraduates at Alcalá de Henares Polytechnic.
I'm happiest when a student comes to office hours with a question that makes me rethink something I've said for years. I'm always reading two books at once.
More about Inés
I retired from full-time teaching but still mentor a few students a year.
