Inés L. Rivera
Self-taught woodcarving artist
- 🇨🇴 Barranquilla, Atlántico, Colombia
- Old Barranquilla Studio
- Since 1989
- Spanish
I work mostly in woodcarving, sometimes glass art. My first show was in 1989 at Old Barranquilla Studio, and nobody came except my family and one confused dog.
I also teach a weekly class at Old Barranquilla Studio, which keeps me honest.
More about Inés
If you've bought a piece of mine, thank you. It's on someone's wall and that still amazes me.
What gifts mean to Inés: A gift would go toward materials for my next series.

I bought one of your pieces in 2001. It's still the first thing I see in the morning! Greetings from Epe.
