I'm a swimming coach. I never went pro, but I got to see 260 kids fall in love with the game.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. My door was open at lunch.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Ines
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.

What gifts mean to Ines: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.

I still think about the day the fire alarm went off during the exam. Best summer of my life. Greetings from Riyadh.
