Inès Anaïs Da Silva
Helping people break into farming
- 🇨🇦 Hamilton, Ontario, Canada
- 1986 to 1999
- English, French
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 690 people through Silverlake Community Trust.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.

You helped me get my first farming job in 1986. I still have your notes. Thank you again.
