Indika Gunawardena
Master of painting and decorating, now teaching apprentices
- 🇱🇰 Colombo, Western, Sri Lanka
- The Colombo Trades Guild
- Since 2002
- English
I've worked in painting and decorating since 2002. I learned from my father and passed what I could on to 1,420 apprentices.
I can still tell good work from rushed work from across the street. I garden badly but happily.
Crafts and trades
What gifts mean to Indika: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.
