Helping people break into leadership
- 🇿🇦 Johannesburg, Gauteng, South Africa
- Elmwood Foundation
- Since 2017
- English, Spanish
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 500 people through Elmwood Foundation.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Imran: A gift would go toward free mentoring sessions for people who can't pay.
