Imelda A. Castillo
Coached cross country for 16 years in Taguig
- 🇵🇭 Taguig, Metro Manila, Philippines
- Taguig Athletic Club
- 2008 to 2024
- English, Filipino
For 16 years I ran the cross country program at Taguig Athletic Club in Taguig. We trained 4 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.

You coached me in 2022. I still hear your voice on the sideline. Greetings from Londrina.
