Imani Naliaka Salim
Accordion player and teacher in Nairobi
- 🇰🇪 Nairobi, Nairobi, Kenya
- Good Shepherd Orchestra
- 1981 to 2019
- English
I play accordion and gospel. I started in 1981 with a secondhand instrument and a lot of stubbornness.
My favorite gigs are the small ones where somebody cries a little in the third row.
If you remember me, I'd love to hear from you.
More about Imani
If you ever danced at one of my shows, I hope it was a good night.
What gifts mean to Imani: A gift would go toward new strings, repairs and music for my students.
