Iman Souad Kassem
Painter, potter and teacher at Old St. Anne's Studio
- 🇪🇬 Cairo, Cairo, Egypt
- Since 1984
- English, Arabic
I work mostly in printmaking, sometimes ceramics. My first show was in 1984 at Old St. Anne's Studio, and nobody came except my family and one confused dog.
I like to keep things simple and honest. My studio is always a bit of a mess.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.

What gifts mean to Iman: I'd put a gift toward a kiln repair. It's been a long time coming.
