Mentor in engineering and finance

For 35 years I've mentored people in engineering and finance. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.

You helped me get my first engineering job in 2001. I still have your notes.
