I taught geography at Jakarta Boys' School in Jakarta from 1982 to 1992. Most days I taught the final-year class, and I never once raised my voice.
Outside the classroom I walk the dog by the river. Inside it, I never once raised my voice.
More about Imam
Teaching changed me more than I changed anyone, I think.
