For 41 years I've run the chess program at Newcastle upon Tyne Football Club in Newcastle upon Tyne. We trained 3 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I'm always reading two books at once.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
