For 13 years I've mentored people in design and farming. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
If you remember me, I'd love to hear from you.
More about Ilham
If I mentored you, I hope you're still pushing yourself.
What gifts mean to Ilham: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
