Ilham Siahaan
32 years teaching physical education in Bandung
- 🇮🇩 Bandung, West Java, Indonesia
- Starlight Public School
- 2017 to 2025
- English, Indonesian
For eight years I was the physical education teacher at Starlight Public School. I taught Year 9 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Over the years I had 430 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Ilham
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the science museum, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

What gifts mean to Ilham: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
